My name is Allyson Gadd and I founded Bayfield Elite Cheer Company in 2025. I was born and raised in Southwest Colorado, graduating from Durango High School where I developed my love for cheerleading.  After High School, I attended Northeastern Jr. College in Sterling, CO where I received an Associate of Arts Degree.  My goal was to become an Elementary PE Teacher.  Fate had other ideas.  After many, many college changes, major changes and taking several years off of school, I finally graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology.  GO CATS!!  In 2010 I married my husband, Bryan Gadd and together we have two beautiful daughters, Brynlee and Brooklyn.  Brynlee is getting ready to start her third year as an All-Star competitive cheerleader and the inspiration behind the opening of this gym. My husband and I are very strong supporters of our Veterans and our Military. We both have family members that have served and are currently serving in the various branches of our U.S. Military.  They are the reason our team names are the Patriots and the Liberty Bells and why our uniforms are Red, White and Blue. I currently work as a substitute teacher with the Bayfield School District and also served on the Board of Directors for the Bayfield Early Education Program for 6 years, the last 3 as their Chairman.  I love teaching, I love being around children and I love watching them grow into their full potential.  It would be an honor to teach or coach your child while watching them grow in the exciting and challenging world of All-Star Cheer.  I cannot wait to meet you!
